Topo Chrome Extension

The Topo Chrome extension puts your Topo data in a side panel next to any LinkedIn profile you open, so you can prospect by hand without switching tabs.

Download it from the Chrome Web Store, pin it, and sign in with your Topo account.

When the person is already in Topo

The panel shows:

• Their name, title and company, with a link to open the full record in Topo, and your CRM icon when the record is in your CRM

• The account owner and the contact owner, which you can reassign from the panel

• Their email, with a copy button, and an Enrich button for their phone number

• Their local time, and when they were last touched

• The company: website, LinkedIn, industry, country and how many of its people are already in Topo, plus a Find people button

• An Activity tab with everything that has happened on this lead, and a Details tab

Click Add to sequence to enrol them straight from the panel. If the sequence is in Copilot mode, you get a task to approve the lead first.

When the person isn't in Topo yet

Click Add to Topo. Tick Enrich email and/or Enrich phone to find their details in the same step. The cost of each option is shown next to it before you confirm.

Exclusions

If the person or their company is on your exclusion list, the panel says so at the top. You can still add and enrich them, but Add to sequence is disabled while the exclusion lasts. Use Remove from exclusions or Manage exclusions if the exclusion is no longer right.

History

The clock icon opens everyone you've visited over the last 14 days, grouped by day, with counters for how many you visited, enriched and put in a sequence. Enrich any of them in one click, search the list, or star people to find them later under Favourites.

Activity

The pulse icon opens your own activity from the last 14 days: sequence steps, signal matches and more. Filter it by activity type or by sequence.
