Understanding the signal metrics page

Last updated: September 21, 2026

Settings has a signal metrics page showing what each of your signals is actually doing. Where the All events tab on the Signals page lists events one by one, this page gives you the totals, signal by signal.

What it shows

For each of your signals, the page shows what has been scraped and what happened to it:

  • How many people and companies the signal picked up

  • How many were accepted

  • How many were rejected

When to use it

Open it when a signal feels too quiet or too noisy.

A high rejection count usually means your criteria are tighter than you meant. Matches are filtered out before they reach your list when they fall outside your audience filters, when the person or their company is on your exclusion list, or when they cannot be enriched. Loosen whichever one is doing the work.

A signal that is picking up very little in the first place is a different problem. That is the signal criteria rather than the filtering, so check what the signal is watching.
