What is a Hot Lead?
You can receive a Slack or in-app notification letting you know that a lead has become hot 🔥

What does it mean and how is a hot lead calculated?
A hot lead is basically a contact who’s shown strong signs of interest based on an algorithm. We look at a few key factors:
Number of views on your email
Frequency of interactions (how often the lead engages with your content)
Once the lead crosses a certain threshold in these categories, they’re flagged as “hot.” This typically means they’re more likely to respond positively and engage in a conversation.
Reminder
Keep in mind that behavior can be tricky. Sometimes a lead will read your email (triggering the hot lead alert) but reply negatively a few minutes later. It’s best to treat hot leads as strong signals to reach out, but remember that nothing is guaranteed until you’ve actually heard back from them.
Latest Replies
This section surfaces the most recent inbound responses from your outreach. You’ll see:
Lead name, job title, and company.
Reply type (e.g., Referral, Interested).
Date and time of the reply.
👉 Check this list daily to ensure timely responses to prospects.
Filters
On the top-right, you can use Filters to narrow down the dashboard view by campaign or agent. This helps you drill into performance for a specific project or team member.
