Context

You may want to review your monthly activity data — such as responses received, messages sent, and leads contacted — and compare it with what is displayed in Topo. You might be wondering if it is possible to export this data directly from the platform.

Answer

It is not currently possible to generate a direct data export from Topo.

However, if you have connected your HubSpot to Topo via the native integration, all activity data is automatically pushed to HubSpot, where you can access and analyze your monthly statistics, including responses, messages sent, and leads contacted.

If you don't use HubSpot, you should have still pushed all the necessary data points to your CRM through Topo's public API (see 📄 Intro to the Topo API).

To retrieve this data month by month, we recommend using your CRM's reporting and filtering tools to query the relevant records and activity history that have been synced from Topo.
