Email Senders

An Email Sender is a mailbox used to send outbound emails.

Important: Use dedicated mailboxes for outbound sending, not your personal work email address. Topo's sending infrastructure is optimized for high-volume outreach, and routing that traffic through your primary business email can negatively affect its deliverability and create broader issues for your domain over time. Topo typically sets up dedicated sending addresses for you. Adding an email sender may require verification.

Status: Valid (can send) / Invalid (connection issue) / Deleted (not usable).

Deliverability & limits: Topo manages gradual warm-up (usually 2 weeks; Google shows scores first, Microsoft takes longer), weekly deliverability tests, and automatic volume reduction if score drops.

• Score of 10 = 30 emails

• Score of 9 = 20 emails

• Score of 8 = 10 emails

• Score of 7 or lower = 0 emails

You can use LinkedIn sequences while mailboxes are warming up. Scores appear gradually — this is normal.
