Everything you need to know about Activity Feed
Last updated: June 10, 2026
The Activity Feed is your real-time log of every action your agent takes across all sequences — emails, LinkedIn, hot leads, and more. Use it to track what's happening, investigate specific interactions, and spot leads worth acting on.
What the Activity Feed Tracks
The Activity Feed logs the following event types:
Emails Opened
Email Links Clicked - only click event is tracked; subsequent actions such as downloads, form submissions, or conversions on the destination page are not tracked.
Emails Replied
LinkedIn Invitations Sent
LinkedIn Invitations Accepted
LinkedIn Messages Sent
LinkedIn Messages Replied
LinkedIn Messages Opened — Note: This metric is currently non-functional due to a known issue and should not be used for engagement tracking. It is currently under maintenance.
Manual Steps Sent
Hot Leads Created
If an event type is not in this list, it is not currently tracked in the Activity Feed.
Navigating the Activity Feed
Access it from the left sidebar. By default, all activity across all sequences is shown in reverse chronological order.
Filters
Activity Type — filter by a specific event (e.g., Email Links Clicked, Hot leads created, LinkedIn Invitation Accepted). Reset to "All" to see everything.
Campaign — scope the feed to a specific campaign.
Reply category — accessible via Master Inbox Filters, or directly in the Activity Feed with the "Emails Replied" filter. Options: Positive, Negative, Other.
Always check that no filter is active before concluding that an event did not happen. An active filter is the most common reason recent activity appears missing.
Key Use Cases
Finding leads who clicked a link
Go to Activity Feed, open the Activity Type dropdown, and select Email Links Clicked. This data is not available in Dashboard widgets or CSV exports — the Activity Feed is the only place to access it.
Viewing email opens across sequences
Go to Activity Feed, open the Activity Type dropdown, and select Emails Opened. This shows all contacts who opened emails and each individual open event, allowing you to track engagement frequency across your sequences.
Monitoring hot leads in real time
Go to Activity Feed, then Activity Type, then select Hot leads created. A hot lead is a contact who opened multiple emails in a short period, crossing the engagement threshold. If no hot leads appear, no lead has yet reached that threshold — this is normal for newer or lower-volume sequences. You can also receive real-time alerts via Slack or email in Settings, then Notification Settings.
Investigating a missing interaction
If you cannot find a specific email or LinkedIn event: (1) apply the matching Activity Type filter, (2) apply the Campaign filter to narrow scope, (3) check that the LinkedIn Sender has Valid status under Settings, then Sender Identity. LinkedIn activity is only tracked for valid senders.
Activity Feed vs. Other Views
Dashboard — aggregate metrics and trends. Does not surface individual events.
Leads section — per-lead detail view with full activity history. Click a lead status to open it.
Master Inbox — manage replies and conversations. Complementary to the Activity Feed for reply-related events.
Activity Feed — the only place to see click-level data and real-time event-by-event logs across all sequences.
Data Timing
The Activity Feed reflects near real-time data. Actions taken very recently may appear with a slight delay of a few minutes. If activity from the last hour is missing, wait a moment and refresh before investigating further.
