How to access your Topo invoices

Need to download your Topo invoices? It’s quick and easy, all within the app! Here’s how:

  1. Go to Settings: From your Topo dashboard, click on the Settings menu.

  2. Navigate to Organisation: Under Settings, find the Organisation tab.

  3. Open the Customer Portal: Once in Organisation, click on the Customer Portal link.

In the Customer Portal, you’ll find all your invoices ready to view or download. This gives you easy access to your billing history whenever you need it!

FAQ

What constitutes 1 "credit"?

1 credit spend = 1 lead enriched.

If the lead is imported in a list and is enriched, it counts as 1 credit, regardless of whether it was contacted or not.

If the lead is contacted 3 times (2 mail and 1 linkedin invite, it will still count as 1 credit)

I want to create a new list, do I have enough credits?

Check with your Account Manager to know more about you credits count; however, as a general policy we tend to allow users to create an additional list even if they just ran out of credits. For more information, make sure to contact your Account Manager, or Topo's support.
