Billing — Customer Guide

Last updated: July 1, 2026

In short

Billing gives every customer a clear, self-serve billing page inside Topo. From one place you can see your plan, your team, your mailboxes & domains, and your credit balance — and top up or grow your plan in a few clicks.

What your subscription includes

  • User licenses — one per team member who uses Topo.

  • Deliverability bundles — bought as a pack: 1 bundle = 3 mailboxes + 1 domain. Each bundle includes the domain, mailbox setup, warmup, and ongoing deliverability monitoring. (Mailboxes and domains cannot be bought individually.)

  • Credits — your monthly/annual allowance for the lead search agent. Credits are spent when you enrich data: roughly 1 credit per email found and 1 credit per phone number found.

Your billing page (Settings → Billing)

Here is what you can see and do:

See at a glance

  • Your current plan, billing cycle (monthly/annual) and renewal date.

  • How many user licenses, mailboxes and domains you have — and how many are actually in use.

  • Your credit balance, with how many credits you have used this period.

  • Your billing portal

Manage yourself (admins & owners only)

The self-serve actions here apply to admins & owners only.

  • Add user licenses — billed pro-rata, takes effect immediately.

  • Buy deliverability bundles — add mailbox + domain capacity in whole bundles.

  • Buy a credit pack — a one-off top-up when you are running low.

  • Increase your recurring credit allowance — bump up the credits included every cycle.

Need a downgrade or cancellation? Reach out to your account manager — these are not self-serve. The external billing portal (reachable from the billing page) is only for viewing your invoices.

Around the app

  • A credit-balance shortcut in the top bar so you always know where you stand.

  • Choose whether to enrich phone numbers (available to every customer, legacy and new). When you run an import you can decide to find phone numbers as well as emails — phone is optional (off by default) because it costs extra credits. The cost estimate updates accordingly, so you only spend on phones when you want them.

  • Cost estimates before you launch an import, and a clear prompt to top up if your balance is too low.

  • Enrich phones for people you have already imported. You are not limited to import time — a per-lead “Find phone” action lets you fetch a phone number for an existing contact on demand (it appears only for people who do not have one yet, and costs the usual phone credits).
