Why can't I find my contacts after importing a CSV file?

After importing a CSV contact or company list, you may find that your contacts don't appear as expected in the list section. This is typically caused by active filters in the lead search playground that are hiding your imported contacts.
Answer
When you upload a CSV file, you are redirected to the lead search playground. This page may automatically include filters from your organisation context (called Organization filters), which can prevent your imported contacts from showing up in the results.
To resolve this, follow these steps:
On the lead search playground page, look for the Organisation filters section. If there is a number next to it (e.g., Organisation filters (5)), it means there are active filters applied to your search.
Click on Organisation filters to expand and view the active filters.
Remove the filters that are not needed for your contact/company list.
Click Update search to refresh the results.
Your potential matches should now be visible in the playground.
