Approving or declining a lead (Copilot mode)

In Copilot mode, new leads land in the Tasks queue waiting for your approval before Topo starts the sequence.

The task shows the lead's details and the sequence they would be enrolled in.

Go to the sidebar > "Tasks", then find the "New Leads" tasks; this is where you have the possibility to approve or refuse a lead, and personalize the sequence for each one.

Actions

• Approve & Enroll — approves the lead and starts the sequence

• Refuse — declines the lead; no sequence is started

• Skip — moves to the next task without taking action. The lead remains in Tasks and will not progress through the sequence until you return and approve it.
