Understanding Master Inbox

Last updated: March 12, 2026

The Master Inbox centralizes all replies from your campaigns in one place — so you can manage conversations, act quickly, and never miss a lead response.

Key Features

  • Unified view — every response from all campaigns and sequences in one place. No jumping between inboxes.

  • Status-based organization — each reply is linked to the lead's sequence status (Active, Success, Paused/Waiting for action, Completed/Stopped early), helping you decide your next move faster.

  • Fast reply — reply directly from the interface without switching to your email client. Best practice: respond within the same business day.

  • Filters — filter by campaign, sequence, or reply category (Positive, Negative, Other). Sort by engagement (new reply, unread, hot lead).

  • Team collaboration — assign replies to teammates, share context in-platform, avoid duplicate outreach.

Next Steps by Reply Type

  • Positive reply → stop the sequence and book a meeting.

  • Objection → handle concerns, then steer toward a meeting.

  • Negative reply → mark as handled (still valuable for deliverability).

  • Out-of-office → sequence auto-pauses. Check the signature for an alternative contact or return date. Set a reminder for 1 day before their return; send a short manual email to re-open the conversation.

Reply Categories

The AI automatically categorizes each reply: Bad Timing, Bounced, Interested, Meeting, Negative, Neutral, Positive. These categories power your dashboard statistics.

Update a category manually when: (1) the AI misclassified a reply, or (2) a conversation that was categorized differently later turns into a meeting. Accurate categories = accurate analytics.

FAQ

Can I filter replies by category?

Yes — two ways: Master Inbox → Filters → Reply category (Positive / Other / Negative). Or: Activity Feed → Emails Replied filter → choose reply category.

Can I forward an email reply?

Forwarding is not yet supported. Use CC or BCC instead: in the reply editor, click CC or BCC next to the "To" field → add email addresses → send.

How do I CC or BCC someone in a reply?

Master Inbox → click the email → reply editor → click CC or BCC (right of the "To" field) → add addresses → send. Use CC to show all recipients, BCC to copy someone privately.
