FAQ: Master Inbox
Last updated: August 13, 2026
Where did the To Do, Done and All tabs go?
They have been replaced by Inbox, Sent and Archived. The Master Inbox now behaves like a classic mailbox: Inbox holds every conversation where a lead replied, Sent holds everything Topo sent, Archived holds what you have tidied away.
I replied and the conversation is still in my Inbox. Is that a bug?
No. Conversations no longer move on their own. Replying marks the conversation as read and leaves it in your Inbox. Nothing leaves your Inbox unless you archive it yourself.
Where is the Stop sequence button?
It has been removed from the Master Inbox because it is no longer needed. As soon as a lead replies, or an email bounces, their sequence is stopped permanently. Out of office replies only pause the sequence, since the lead is coming back. If you never want to contact someone again, use Add to exclusion list on the conversation.
Why can’t I see bounces in my Inbox any more?
Bounces and technical delivery messages are filtered out of the Inbox on purpose, so it only holds real conversations. Open the Sent tab to see what was sent to a lead and whether it was delivered or bounced.
If I archive a conversation, does it disappear for my teammates too?
Yes. Archiving applies to the whole workspace, and anyone on your team can unarchive. If the lead replies again, the conversation comes back to the Inbox automatically.
How do I clear a conversation out of my Inbox?
Archive it. Select one or several conversations in the list, or use the Archive button inside the thread. There is no Done state any more.
What do the two numbers on the Master Inbox mean?
The number on the Inbox tab is your unread count. The number at the bottom of the list, next to the page controls, is the total number of conversations on the tab you are viewing. They are meant to differ: most of your conversations will already have been read.
Can I filter replies by category?
Yes — two ways: Master Inbox → Filters → Reply category (Positive / Other / Negative). Or: Activity Feed → Emails Replied filter → choose reply category.
Can I forward an email reply?
Forwarding is not yet supported. Use CC or BCC instead: in the reply editor, click CC or BCC next to the "To" field → add email addresses → send.
How do I CC or BCC someone in a reply?
Master Inbox → click the email → reply editor → click CC or BCC (right of the "To" field) → add addresses → send. Use CC to show all recipients, BCC to copy someone privately.
