Tasks settings are under ⚙ Settings → Tasks.
AI Agent Configuration
Controls how Topo writes AI reply drafts and icebreakers for your team.
Setting | Options |

Organisation context | Value prop, pain points, differentiators — used in every draft. Click Manage to update in the Organization Context page. |
Tone and length can be overridden per task using the chips below the draft.
Reminders
Reminders automatically reopen a task when a follow-up is needed. Each is a simple on/off toggle.
Toggle | What it does |
|---|---|
Re-open if there's no reply | Brings the message task back into your queue if the prospect doesn't reply. |
Re-open if the call goes unanswered | Brings the call task back into your queue if it ended in voicemail or no-answer. |
Reopened tasks show a reminder icon in the active queue so you can tell them apart from fresh ones.
When toggled on, select the number of days after which the task will be reopened.
