Can I recover accidentally deleted senders?

Sometimes senders may be accidentally deleted — for example, when trying to remove them from a sequence. When this happens, the senders may no longer appear on the Senders page, even though they may still be visible in Sender Identities.

Yes, deleted senders can be recovered. However, this is not something that can be done directly from the interface — it requires action from our support team.
If you have accidentally deleted one or more senders, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible. Provide the following information to help us restore them quickly:
The names or email addresses of the deleted senders.
The approximate time when they were deleted.
Our team will reconnect the deleted senders to your account. Once restored, the senders will reappear on your Senders page and be available for use in your sequences and sequences.
Note: To avoid accidentally deleting sender, make sure to use the option to remove a sender from a specific sequence rather than deleting the sender entirely from your account.
