How can I view the capacity and sender details for a Sender Identity?

Last updated: August 14, 2026

Context

When managing outreach workload across multiple Sender Identities, you may want to understand the sending capacity available for each identity and review the individual senders associated with it — including their daily message limits and deliverability scores.

Answer

To view the senders and their details for a given Sender Identity, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings in the left sidebar.

  2. Click on Sender Identities.

  3. Click on a specific identity from the list.

  4. At the bottom of the identity page, click on the Senders tab. You will see all senders associated with that identity, along with their provider, channel, message limit, status, and score.

Seeing capacity across your whole organisation

To see usage and capacity for every sender at once, go to Settings > Senders and open the Capacity tab.

  • The top table lists every sender in your organisation with today's usage against their daily ceiling: LinkedIn invites, LinkedIn messages, InMails, and email messages, per identity.

  • Below it, Sending capacity compares what your active sequences are set to start each day against what your senders can actually support, per channel. If the two do not match you are told which way and by how much.

When your sequences are configured to start more leads than your senders can support, you have three options: add senders, lower the daily targets on your sequences, or pause the sequences that matter least.

Note: the Sending capacity comparison counts new leads entering sequences. Follow-up messages to leads already in a sequence are not included on either side of it, so it is not a measure of your total daily sending volume.

Sending capacity is automatically and evenly distributed across all sequences using the same identity, which is why an identity shared by several sequences gives each of them less room.
