Context

When managing outreach workload across multiple Sender Identities, you may want to understand the sending capacity available for each identity and review the individual senders associated with it — including their daily message limits and deliverability scores.

Answer

To view the senders and their details for a given Sender Identity, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings in the left sidebar.

2. Click on Sender Identities.

3. Click on a specific identity from the list.

4. At the bottom of the identity page, click on the Senders tab. You will see all senders associated with that identity, along with their provider, channel, message limit, status, and score.

Note: Currently, there is no built-in view showing the cumulative usage of a Sender Identity's capacity across sequences. The available information includes the daily capacity per sender and their current score. Sending capacity is automatically and evenly distributed across all sequences using the same identity.
