Context

You have contacts in Topo without an email address or a phone number, and you would rather not open them one at a time.

Answer

1. Go to the Contacts page, or open one of your lists. The action bar is the same in both places.

2. Select the contacts you want with the checkboxes on the left.

3. Click Enrich in the action bar at the bottom of the page.

4. Choose email or phone.

Topo works through the selection in the background. You can carry on with something else while it runs.

Contacts that are already enriched are skipped

If a contact already has the data you asked for, Topo leaves them alone. You can safely select a whole page without worrying about reprocessing people who are already complete.

A note on credits

Enrichment consumes credits, and a bulk run consumes them for every contact that actually gets enriched. Contacts skipped for already having the data do not cost anything.

If you are working through a large selection and want to keep an eye on consumption, enrich in batches rather than selecting everything at once.

Phone numbers

Phone enrichment requires the phone numbers add-on. Without it, only email enrichment is available.
