How can I export leads from Topo?

From the Contacts page

Go to the Contacts page from the left bar.

If you wish so, apply your filters (Sequence name, Hot lead, Status, date range) → click Export. You will receive a .csv file with the filtered leads in your local Downloads folder.

Example: Exporting contacted leads from a sequence
To export only the contacts you've reached in specific sequences: 1) Go to Contacts, 2) Use the Sequence name filter to select your sequence(s), 3) Apply the Status filter to select statuses indicating contacts were reached, 4) Optionally add a date range filter to narrow the timeframe, 5) Click Export to download the filtered CSV.

You can also download the full dataset of leads in your organization, by clicking on Export, without applying any filter.

The export uses a fixed column set; custom columns cannot be added. "Last contacted" date is not available in the export — use the app directly or the HubSpot integration for full data access.

Exporting leads contacted in a specific time frame

Viewing leads contacted during a time period: If you want to quickly view leads contacted during a specific time period without exporting, you can use the ‘New Leads Contacted’ card on the Analytics page or navigate to Sequences > Overview and use the custom date selector.

To download them: go to the Contacts page, use date range filters as described above to select your time frame, then click on Export. You will receive a .csv file as mentioned above.

From the Accounts page

Companies export the same way people do. Go to the Accounts page from the left bar, apply any filters you want, then click Export. You will receive a .csv file of the filtered companies in your Downloads folder.

Leaving the filters empty exports every company in your organisation.

From individual Lists

You can also export leads belonging to a specific List.

In your navigation bar, go to Lists, then select a specific list. Click on the three dots icon at the top-right corner, and click on Export.

You're also able to apply filters in your list page; in that case, you will only export filtered leads.

From the HubSpot integration

If you have HubSpot as CRM, you have the possibility to directly map leads from Topo to HubSpot.

In you navigation bar, select "Settings" > "Integrations" > select the settings icon of your HubSpot integration. Go to "Entity Settings" and toggle the field "Auto-push Contacts".
