When managing conversations in your inbox, you may want to assign some of them to some team member, so that you can see who's the owner of that conversation.

Answer

As of right now, there is no way in Topo so assign conversations in your Master Inbox to a colleague. As of April 2026, Topo doesn't have a task assignment system yet.

This is the same for Lists, Sequences and Master Inbox items.

Suggested workarounds are to clearly state the owner of any Topo object, either by writing the owner's name in the List or Sequence name, or by internal organization using external tools.
